Symptoms

Hyper-v backup fails with [Export] ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error.

Los registros del agente tienen un error similar al siguiente:

Cause

Los paquetes necesarios de Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 y 2015 no se han instalado en el hipervisor.

Resolution

La instalación del agente requiere .NET Framework 4.7.2 o superior, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 y 2015. 

vcredist_x64 se distribuye con el agente y se puede encontrar en la siguiente ubicación:

C:\Program Files\vProtect\Hyper-V Agent\bin
