Hyper-v backup fails with [Export] ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error을 클릭합니다.

Cause

필요한 Microsoft Visual C++ 재배포 가능 2013 및 2015 패키지가 하이퍼바이저에 설치되지 않았습니다.

Resolution

에이전트를 설치하려면 .NET Framework 4.7.2 이상, Microsoft Visual C++ 재배포 가능 패키지 2013 및 2015가 필요합니다. 

vcredist_x64 에이전트와 함께 배포되며 다음 위치에서 찾을 수 있습니다.

C:\Program Files\vProtect\Hyper-V Agent\bin
