Cause

Obligatoriska Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013- och 2015-paket har inte installerats på Hypervisor.

Resolution

Agentinstallationen kräver .NET Framework 4.7.2 eller senare, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 och 2015. 

vcredist_x64 distribueras med agenten och finns på följande plats:

C:\Program Files\vProtect\Hyper-V Agent\bin
