Symptoms

Hyper-v backup fails with [Export] ExternalAPIException: Internal Server Error。

Cause

所需的 Microsoft Visual C++ 可再发行组件 2013 和 2015 包尚未安装在虚拟机监控程序上。

Resolution

代理安装需要 .NET Framework 4.7.2 或更高版本、Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 和 2015。
