Cause

Det här problemet beror på att push-telemetriprocessen skickar ett stort antal begäranden med unika ID:n, vilket resulterar i att många filer skapas i "/var/log/vmware/analytics/prod"-katalogen. Ibland har detta lett till ackumulering av 185 000 till 375 000 filer.

  1. Ansluta till vCenter-källservern med SSH
  2. Kör följande kommando för att kontrollera antalet filer som skapats på vCenter-servern på grund av push-telemetriprocessen: ls /var/log/vmware/analytics/prod | wc -l
  3. Ladda ner cleaning_vddk_script.sh skript från avsnittet Bifogade filer i den här artikeln.
  4. Ladda upp skriptet till vCenter och tilldela körbehörigheter med det här kommandot: chmod +x cleaning_vddk_script.sh
  5. Kör skriptet: ./cleaning_vddk_script.sh
  6. Starta om uppgraderingen från VxRail-insticksprogrammet.
