Symptoms


當客戶在 Windows 伺服器上啟用區分大小寫時，Avamar VSS 和 FS 附掛程式備份可能會失敗，並顯示 avtar 報告檔案名稱快取中出現重複項目。

Cause

當客戶在 Windows 伺服器上啟用區分大小寫時，就會造成此問題。Avamar 已開發軟體修補程式來解決此問題。

Resolution

若要在任何 Windows 伺服器上解決區分大小寫的問題，請按照以下選項操作。

    1. 將 Avamar Server 升級至。
    2. Avamar 版本 19.4.100-116
    3. 支援修補程式 （HF） 333464的要求
