Článek popisuje, jak vyřešit selhání instalace balíčku podpory Isilon Drive.

Instalace balíčku Isilon Drive Support Package 1.x se nezdaří s následujícím výstupem:
 

Cluster# isi_dsp_install /ifs/data/Isilon_Support/dsp/Drive_Support_v1.4.tar
Installed Drive_Support_v1.4
WARNING: /ifs/data/Isilon_Support/dsp/Drive_Support_v1.4.tar is not installed
ERROR: No logdata lines for 2015-03-23 10:25:13 or later
DSP Install Failed, 103.589804888 sec elapsed

 

Cause

Tato chyba je způsobena, když je na jednom z uzlů clusteru nainstalován balíček FRU (Field Replaceable Unit).
 

Resolution

 Řešením tohoto problému je odebrat balíček FRU ze všech uzlů v clusteru.
 

  1. Ověřte, že je alespoň v jednom uzlu clusteru nainstalovaný balíček FRU:
isi_for_array "isi pkg info --forced_local | grep IsiFru_Package"
  1. Odeberte balíček FRU ze všech uzlů:
isi_for_array "isi pkg delete --forced_local IsiFru_Package_<timestamp_from_step_1>"
  1. Nainstalujte balíček podpory Isilon Drive:
isi_dsp_install Drive_Support_v<version>.tar
