Networker: cannot define Oracle client using AD credentials when logging into NMC

Symptoms
Unable to create a new oracle Client when logged into NMC with AD credentials
Clinet can be created if the Lockbox is already in place and the Local Administrator is used
Cause
the incorrect auth security token is assigned when the user belongs to a large number of groups
Resolution
This will be addressed in a future NetWorker release.
Workaround: use a local administrator
