Cause

Der var en slåfejl og standardnetværksindstillingerne under den indledende implementering. POST-konfigurationen for standardnetværket har validering for DNS-serverposterne, men den indledende implementering foretager ikke en validering. Valideringen mislykkes på slåfejlen og tillader ikke, at indstillingerne ændres.

Resolution

DNS-serverne kan opdateres ved hjælp af PowerProtect /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json konfigurationsfil. Sørg for, at der ikke kører nogen sikkerhedskopierings- eller gendannelsesjob i miljøet, da det kræver en genstart af PowerProtect-enheden for at anvende ændringerne.

  • Bekræft, at der ikke er nogen aktive sikkerhedskopierings- eller gendannelsessessioner.
  • Åbn en SSH-session for at PowerProtect Data Manager, og godkend med administratorkontoen.
  • Bekræft de aktuelle indstillinger for common.json Konfigurationsfil: cat /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json
  • Åbn ikonet common.json Konfigurationsfil og redigering af dnsServers værdier: vi /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json

Kommandooutput 

  • Bekræft de aktuelle indstillinger for common.json Konfigurationsfil: cat /usr/local/brs/puppet/manifests/extdata/common.json
  • Genstart PowerProtect-enheden: sudo reboot
