Data Protection Advisor：エージェントのサーバーへの登録に失敗する
Summary: ハイパーテキスト転送プロトコル(HTTP)プロキシ設定が原因で、データ保護エージェント(DPA)がデータ保護アプリケーション(DPA APP)サーバーに登録できず、通信URL(CURL)エラー[56]とハイパーテキスト転送プロトコル(HTTP)コード403が発生します。

Symptoms
エージェントがインストールされていても、UIのData Collection>Agentsの下にエージェントが表示されません
エージェントがデバッグに設定されている場合、エージェント ログに次の表示が表示されます。
DBG1 18535.18535 20170628:142552 com.http - httpSendRequest(): CURL error: [56] Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT
ERR 18535.18535 20170628:142552 agent.config - initAgentConfig(): Failed to register agent with the server. Waiting to retry...
Cause
この問題の原因は、httpプロキシ設定が原因で、DPA APPサーバーが接続時にエージェント登録要求を拒否します。
Resolution
DPAエージェント サーバーにrootとしてログインし、次の手順を実行します。
次のコマンドを使用して、DPAエージェント サービスを停止します。
/opt/emc/dpa/agent/etc/dpa stop
<DPAインストール ディレクトリー>dpa/agent/etcディレクトリーにあるdpa.customファイルを編集し、次の2行を追加します。
export http_proxy=
export https_proxy=
上記の 2 行は、= 以外の文字を使用せずに、上記のとおりに作成する必要があります。
変更を保存し、エージェント サービスを再起動します。dpa.customファイルの新しいエントリーによってオペレーティング システム レベルのhttpまたはhttpsのプロキシ設定が解除されるため、エージェントを今すぐ登録する必要があります。
