Data Protection Advisor：代理程式無法向伺服器註冊

Summary: 由於超文字傳輸通訊協定 （HTTP） 代理設定，Data Protection Agent （DPA） 無法向 Data Protection 應用程式 （DPA APP） 伺服器註冊，導致通訊 URL （CURL） 錯誤 [56] 和超文字傳輸通訊協定 （HTTP） 代碼 403。

Symptoms

即使已安裝代理程式，代理程式也不會顯示在 UI 中的資料收集>代理程式下。

將代理設定為除錯後，在代理日誌中尋找以下顯示的內容：
 

DBG1    18535.18535    20170628:142552             com.http - httpSendRequest(): CURL error: [56] Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT
ERR     18535.18535    20170628:142552         agent.config - initAgentConfig(): Failed to register agent with the server. Waiting to retry...


 

Cause

HTTP 代理設定會導致此問題，導致 DPA APP 伺服器在連線時拒絕代理程式註冊要求。

Resolution

以 root 身分登入 DPA 代理程式伺服器，請執行下列步驟：

使用下列命令停止 DPA 代理程式服務：

/opt/emc/dpa/agent/etc/dpa stop


編輯在 <DPA 安裝目錄>/dpa/agent/etc 目錄中的 dpa.custom 檔案，並新增以下兩行：
 

export http_proxy=
export https_proxy=
 
上述兩行應完全按照上述方式創建，除 = 之外沒有任何其他字元。


保存更改並重新啟動代理服務。代理程式應立即註冊，因為 dpa.custom 檔案中的新項目會取消設定任何作業系統層級的 http 或 https 代理設定。
