Data Protection Advisor：代理无法向 服务器注册

Summary: 由于超文本传输协议 （HTTP） 代理设置，Data Protection Agent （DPA） 无法向数据保护应用程序 （DPA APP） 服务器注册，从而导致通信 Url （CURL） 错误 [56] 和超文本传输协议 （HTTP） 代码 403。

Symptoms

即使已安装代理，代理也不会显示在 UI 的数据 收集>代理下。

将代理设置为调试后，在代理日志中查找以下内容：
 

DBG1    18535.18535    20170628:142552             com.http - httpSendRequest(): CURL error: [56] Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT
ERR     18535.18535    20170628:142552         agent.config - initAgentConfig(): Failed to register agent with the server. Waiting to retry...


 

Cause

http 代理设置会导致此问题，从而导致 DPA APP 服务器在连接时拒绝代理注册请求。

Resolution

以 root 用户身份登录 DPA 代理程序服务器，执行以下作：

使用以下命令停止 DPA 代理程序服务：

/opt/emc/dpa/agent/etc/dpa stop


编辑 DPA 安装目录>/dpa/agent/etc 目录中的< dpa.custom 文件，并添加以下两行：
 

export http_proxy=
export https_proxy=
 
上述两行应完全按照上述方式创建，除 = 之外不包含任何其他字符。


保存更改并重新启动代理服务。代理程序现在应该注册，因为 dpa.custom 文件中的新条目会取消设置任何作系统级别的 http 或 https 代理设置。
