The Dell U4919DW monitor cannot display the 5120x1440 at 60 Hz (5K) resolution when using Dell notebooks with Intel HD 620 or 630 graphics. Using an HDMI, USB Type-C, or DisplayPort (DP) connection displays at 3840x1080 60 Hz resolution in extended mode.
Impacted Platforms:
Intel removed the single port 5K resolution support feature from their graphics driver version 7584 and onward.
