Cause
Le certificat tomcat est manquant dans le magasin de clés Java.
Resolution
Importez le certificat tomcat « emcauthctomcat.cer » dans le magasin de clés Java.
keytool -import -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore cacerts -file emcauthctomcat.cer
Dans l’exemple ci-dessous, NRE 8.0.10 est installé et le certificat tomcat se trouve dans le chemin NetWorker par défaut. La commande keytool se présente comme suit : --
keytool -import -alias emcauthctomcat -keystore "C:\Program Files\NRE\java\jre1.8.0_301\lib\security\cacerts" -file "C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\conf\emcauthctomcat.cer"
Le mot de passe par défaut du magasin de clés Java est changeit.
