Symptoms

In large environments during a restore to an alternate host, when displaying available hosts and file systems for the restore, not all available hosts are displayed:

Cause

This occurs because PowerProtect Data Manager is designed to display the first 100 results that match the query. This is for performance reasons, and is working as designed.

Resolution

Use filters to choose the host to be selected for the restore:
