Dell 네트워킹 | 이동식 팬 장치가 있는 스위치의 기본 팬 문제 해결:
 

  1. 팬 작동에 대한 시각적 및 청각적 증거를 찾습니다.

시각의:

      1. 설치된 모든 팬이 눈에 띄게 회전해야 합니다.
      2. 스위치 자체에는 하나 이상의 모델별 LED가 있습니다. 가능한 위치는 다음과 같습니다.
        1. 팬 LED 표시등:  장치 전면에 부채꼴 아이콘이 표시된 4날 모양의 조명 아이콘 또는 LED
          • 모델에 따라 녹색으로 켜져 있거나 꺼져 있는 LED는 정상 작동을 나타낼 수 있습니다.
          • 대부분의 장치는 노란색 LED가 깜박이면서 팬 장애 또는 장애를 나타냅니다.

        2. 시스템 LED 표시등:  장치 전면에 심전도 모양의 아이콘이 표시된 조명이 켜진 심전도 모양의 아이콘 또는 LED
          • 깜박이는 노란색 시스템 LED는 단일 팬 장치 장애를 포함할 수 있는, 심각하지 않은 시스템 오류를 나타냅니다.
          • 고정된 노란색(주황색) 시스템 LED는 여러 팬 장치 장애로 인해 발생할 수도 있는 중요한 시스템 오류를 나타냅니다.

        3. 팬 유닛 LED 표시등:  스위치 박스 후면의 LED, 주로 팬 유닛 자체에 있음

청각:

      1. 팬 작동의 소음이 지나치게 크거나 소리가 나지 않는 경우 팬 문제를 나타낼 수 있습니다.

    2. 플랫폼에 적합한 명령을 사용하여 팬 방향 및 속도를 포함한 팬의 작동 상태를 CLI(Command Line Interface)를 통해 확인합니다.

    3. 영향을 받는 팬 장치를 스위치 후면의 해당 슬롯에서 제거합니다.

    4. 팬 장치에 손상(찌그러짐, 탄 자국 및 유사한 관찰 가능한 결함 징후)이 있는지 육안으로 검사합니다.

    5. 의심되는 팬 장치를 정상 작동하는 다른 팬으로 교체합니다.

      1. 스왑 후 새 슬롯에 문제가 발생하면 팬 장치에 결함이 있는 것입니다.

      2. 교체한 후에도 원래 슬롯에 문제가 남아 있으면 팬 유닛 슬롯에 결함이 있는 것입니다.

      3. 스왑 후 두 팬 유닛이 모두 정상 작동하는 경우 OS 및 펌웨어를 업데이트하여 알려진 펌웨어 관련 수정 사항을 적용합니다.

    6. 5단계에서 식별한 결함이 있는 구성 요소를 교체할 작업 주문을 생성하고 제출합니다.
