更換 NMC 模組前的故障排除：
重新拔插 NMC 模組 （也稱為網路模組控制器/PDU 控制器/帶狀纜線）
嘗試在無法運作的 PDU 中，從正常運作的 PDU 交換/測試 NMC 模組 （兩個 PDU 的型號應相同）
