Cause

Das Problem kann auftreten, wenn die IP-Adresse des vProxy-Hosts mehreren virtuellen Maschinen (VMs) zugewiesen ist. NetWorker vProxy-Laufzeitprotokolle geben udp ##.###.##.##.###:53: connect: network is unreachable. 
 

NetWorker vProxy zeigt möglicherweise keinen IP-Konfliktfehler an. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass es entweder als "failing with unable to determine network interface" oder "network is unreachable" RRR angezeigt wird.

Resolution

Option 1:

Troubleshooting auf DNS-Serverebene

Überprüfen Sie den DNS-Server auf vProxy-IP-Adresse und Hostnamen, um doppelte Hostnamen für dieselbe IP zu finden.
 

Option 2:

Troubleshooting auf Netzwerkebene:

1. Fahren Sie die vProxy_HostA

herunter 2. Führen Sie den folgenden Befehl auf der NW-Server-CLI aus:

ping -a IP_of_vProxy_Host
nslookup IP_of_vProxy_Host
nslookup vProxy_Host

3. Beheben Sie den Konflikt doppelter IP-Adressen und fahren Sie dann mit dem Upgrade der NetWorker vProxy-Appliance fort.
