Cause

Bu sorun, vProxy Ana Bilgisayarının IP adresi birden fazla Sanal Makineye (VM) atanmışsa oluşabilir. NetWorker vProxy çalışma zamanı günlükleri dipict dial udp ##.###.##.####:53: connect: network is unreachable. 
 

NetWorker vProxy IP çakışması hatası göstermeyebilir. "Ağ arayüzü belirlenemediği için başarısız" veya "ağa ulaşılamıyor"RRR olarak görünme olasılığı vardır.

Resolution

1. Seçenek:

DNS Sunucusu Düzeyinde Sorun Giderme

Aynı IP için yinelenen ana bilgisayar adını bulmak için DNS Sunucusunda vProxy IP Adresini ve Ana Bilgisayar Adlarını kontrol edin.
 

2. Seçenek:

Ağ Düzeyinde Sorun Giderme:

1. vProxy_HostA'yi

kapatın 2. NW Server CLI de aşağıdaki komutu çalıştırın:

ping -a IP_of_vProxy_Host
nslookup IP_of_vProxy_Host
nslookup vProxy_Host

3. Yinelenen IP Çakışmasını düzeltin ve ardından NetWorker vProxy Cihazını yükseltmeye gidin.
