NVP vProxy：升級失敗 - vProxy 虛擬機器無法判定網路介面。

Symptoms

  • vProxy 裝置無法使用 nsrvproxy_mgmt 公用程式進行升級。
  • vProxy /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vrapid/vrapid-engine.log

Cause

當 vProxy 主機的 IP 位址指派給多個虛擬機器 （VM） 時，可能會發生此問題。NetWorker vProxy 執行階段記錄 dipict dial udp ##.###.##.###：53： connect： network is unreachable. 
 

NetWorker vProxy 可能不會顯示 IP 衝突錯誤。有可能顯示為「無法判斷網路介面」或「無法連線網路」RRR。

Resolution

選項 1：

DNS 伺服器層級故障診斷

檢查 DNS 伺服器的 vProxy IP 位址和主機名稱，以找出相同 IP 的重複主機名稱。
 

選項 2：

網路層級故障診斷：

1.關閉vProxy_HostA

2.在 NW 伺服器 CLI 上執行下列命令：

ping -a IP_of_vProxy_Host
nslookup IP_of_vProxy_Host
nslookup vProxy_Host

3.修正重複的 IP 衝突，然後前往升級 NetWorker vProxy 裝置。
