Symptoms
The NetWorker Management Console (NMC) SQL Client wizard works for SQL Server nodes. Creating a client resource for a SQL Availability Group resource stops responding after entering client credentials.
The NetWorker server, NMC server, and NMM clients are using NetWorker 19.9 or 19.10.0.0 through 19.10.0.2.
Cause
This is a code defect. NETWORKER-95876 was created by NetWorker engineering.
Resolution
This issue is addressed in NetWorker 19.10.0.3 and later.
Upgrade the NetWorker server, NMC server, and NMM clients to this version (or later) for a code fix.
NOTE: NetWorker 19.9 is End of Support Life (EOSL) as of 2026-05-31.
