Symptoms

當備份層級設為僅增量/記錄時，Networker SQL 資料庫備份強制完整執行。

nsrsqlsv 記錄中的警告：

(pid7004) NSR critical 39 Failed to find matching recover object. 
(pid7004) NSR info 75 No full backupset was found for "database name"
Backup level forced to database full 

Cause

未在 NetWorker 伺服器上產生用戶端索引。NetWorker 伺服器精靈記錄中的消息：

File_index notice Notice: the index header for client is currently unavailable

Resolution

執行 
'nsrck -L6 client name'
其次是 
nsrinfo -n mssql clientname
並確認正在列出存儲集。
後 
nsrck -L6
第一個備份會執行層級已滿，而連續的備份只有在正確排程的情況下才會是增量/記錄。

Additional Information

確保還檢查以下內容：
1） 資料庫模型已滿
2） 以前的資料庫完整備份存在
3） 資料庫上的最後一個備份是使用 NMM 執行的。
4） 未偵測到對數間隙。
