PowerPath per Windows
PowerPath segnala l'evento 4 - Origine: PowerPath - Errore EMC PowerPath: MPAPI : Errore: Si è verificato un errore interno.
Questo evento viene segnalato ogni ora nel visualizzatore eventi di Windows.
Anche se l'evento viene segnalato ogni ora, non è stato riscontrato alcun problema con le funzionalità PowerPath e Cluster.
L'evento ha iniziato a verificarsi dopo l'aggiornamento di PowerPath dalla versione 5.5 alla versione 5.7 SP2.
Cause
I client per MPAPI sono Powermt, il servizio agent host e il servizio Powermig causa l'evento nel visualizzatore eventi.
Resolution
Disabilitare la funzione di registrazione automatica degli host e verificare se il problema è stato risolto.
Per disabilitare la registrazione automatica degli host, ripristinare PowerPath installando PowerPath utilizzando la CLI se la versione di PowerPath è 5.7 SP4 o precedente:
C:\EMCPower.X64.signed.5.7.SP2.bxxx.exe /s /v"/L*v C:\logs\PPrepair.log REINSTALL=ALL AUTO_HOST_REGISTRATION=0 NO_REBOOT=1"
In PowerPath 6.0, la registrazione automatica degli host può essere disabilitata tramite il comando powermt:
