Symptoms

vProxy 型檔案層級復原失敗，並出現錯誤，指出有一或多個磁碟無法掛接在目標虛擬機器上： 
159373:nsrvproxy_flr: vProxy Log: 2017/07/19 14:54:17 ERROR:  [@(#) Build number: 160] Could not mount VMDKs [[FLR TMP Datastore name] Source_vm-MoREF##-disk-key-####.vmdk onto VM 'FLR Target VM Name' (Target vm-MoREF#) filesystems: ListProcesses() failed: ServerFaultCode: A general system error occurred: vix error codes = (3016, 0).

Cause

FLR 程序無法掛接列出的磁碟，因為它無法聯絡目標虛擬機器上的 VMWare 工具。  根據 VMWare Vixapi 程式設計指南，錯誤 3016 指出 VMWare 工具未執行：

出現此錯誤訊息的原因有很多：

  1. VMware 工具已安裝，但目前並未在目標虛擬機器上執行。
  2. VMware 工具已安裝，但已在目標虛擬機器上過期。
  3. 目標虛擬機器上的 VMware 工具逾時，導致掛接失敗。
  4. VMware 工具回報目標虛擬機器發生錯誤，無法完成掛接要求。

Resolution

若要識別並解決此問題，請檢查下列事項：

  1. 檢查您嘗試復原檔案的目標虛擬機器，並確認 VMware 工具是否為：  已安裝、更新且目前正在執行中。
  2. 檢查目標虛擬機器上的記錄，以瞭解 VMware 工具是否有任何錯誤或警告的例項：
在 Windows VM 上，VMware 工具會記錄至 Windows 事件記錄
- 在 Linux VM 上，您可以檢閱工具記錄，瞭解所有回報的問題。  您可以在 tools.conf 檔案中找到記錄的位置，檔案位於：  /etc/vmware-tools/tools.conf


如果 VMware 工具逾時或發佈錯誤，請向 VMWare 技術支援部門開立支援案例以取得協助。

注意：  增加了 vProxy FLR 時間，讓 VMware 工具有更多時間在 FLR 復原期間完成磁碟掛接要求。

版本 因應措施：

  1. 您可以將虛擬磁碟復原執行到另一個虛擬機器，並手動將所需的檔案複製到目標虛擬機器。
  2. 您可以執行虛擬機器復原，並將檔案從復原的虛擬機器複製到目標虛擬機器。
