Symptoms

GC pyyhkäisee CAS-leikkeen tunnukset, mutta ei möykkyjä. Joskus asiakas yrittää poistaa tyhjän CAS-säilön ja saa virheilmoituksen "Säilö ei ole tyhjä".

Resolution

Perusvaiheet, joita on noudatettava GC: n toiminnan varmistamiseksi:
1. Muodosta yhteys yhteen ECS-solmuun ssh:n ja admin-käyttäjän kautta.
2. Tarkista, onko CAS GC käytössä:

3. Tarkista, onko heijastuksen vanhentuminen asetettu:

4. Jos kyseessä on säilön poisto-ongelma, varmista, että säilö on tyhjä, suorittamalla JCAS tai jokin muu vastaava kyselyn suoritustyökalu:

5. CAS-objekteilla on 28 päivän karanteeniaika. Varmista, että aika on kulunut. Tämä tarkoittaa, että voi kestää jopa 28 päivää, ennen kuin liittyvä blob poistetaan, kun leike poistetaan.

Jos kaikki edelliset vaiheet on poistettu eikä säilöä voi vieläkään poistaa, avaa palvelupyyntö tukeen.
