Using the SSH name command shuts down the management0 interface.
CAUTION: This causes loss of out of band connectivity to the switch.
This issue applies only to MDS Director class platforms. On Fabric class switches, the commands are functional as expected.

Cause
Cisco bug CSCvu09101
Resolution
Workaround: To recover the mgmt0 port connectivity, alternate connectivity through the console port or inband IPFC is required to be able to manage the switch again. Once access is recovered, permanent fix is code upgrade.
Fix: Upgrade to fixed version 6.2(33) or higher, 8.4(2a) or higher.
