Symptoms

執行「isi upgrade cluster firmware device」時，叢集中所有元件的韌體版本欄會顯示<「未知><未知」，>而非已安裝和所需的韌體版本。

Cause

這是由於已安裝的韌體套件與安裝韌體套件的 OneFS 版本之間不相容所造成。節點韌體套裝目前有兩個使用中的分支：與 OneFS 8.x 相容的 10.x 分支，以及與 OneFS 9.x 相容的 11.x 分支。在不相容的 OneFS 版本上安裝錯誤的分支，將導致出現此問題。

 

Resolution

首先，判斷是否為您的 OneFS 版本安裝了錯誤的節點韌體套件。如果是這樣，請將其卸載。然後：
  • 如果要更新的叢集執行 OneFS 8.x，請安裝最新的 NFP 10.x 版本。
  • 如果要更新的叢集執行的是 OneFS 9.x，請安裝最新的 NFP 11.x 版本。
兩個分支的內容相等，兩個分支會在韌體可用時更新為較新的韌體。唯一的差異是 OneFS 版本的相容性。
