Symptoms

Beim Hinzufügen eines Arraypaars mithilfe des SRDF-Replikationsadapters (SRA) in der SRM-Benutzeroberfläche trat der folgende Fehler auf:
"SRA command 'discoverArrays' failed. Failed to connect to the array management host. Please check EmcSrdfSra logs for more information on the error."

  • vCenter-Version: 6.7
  • SRM-Version: 8.4
  • SRA-Version: 9.2.1
  • Solutions Enabler-Version auf SRM: 9.2.1
  • SYMAPI-Version: 9.2.1

Cause

Es wurde festgestellt, dass die SYMAPI-Sitzung aufgrund des Fehlers nicht vom SRM-Client zum SYMAPI-Server initialisiert werden konnte. "The remote connection is refused. The SYMAPI server is probably not running."

Resolution

SRM fungiert als Client für den SYMAPI-Server, daher muss der storsrvd-Daemon auf dem SYMAPI-Server ausgeführt werden. So umgehen Sie dieses Problem:

  1. Starten Sie den storsrvd-Daemon auf dem SYMAPI-Server:
    Stordaemon start storsrvd
