Symptoms

Při přidávání dvojice polí pomocí adaptéru replikace SRDF (SRA) v uživatelském rozhraní softwaru SRM se zobrazila chyba:
"SRA command 'discoverArrays' failed. Failed to connect to the array management host. Please check EmcSrdfSra logs for more information on the error."

  • Verze SRM: 8.4
  • Verze SRA: 9.2.1
  • Verze nástroje Solutions Enabler v systému SRM: 9.2.1
  • Verze rozhraní SYMAPI: 9.2.1

Cause

Bylo zjištěno, že relaci SYMAPI nelze inicializovat z klienta SRM na server SYMAPI kvůli chybě, "The remote connection is refused. The SYMAPI server is probably not running."

Resolution

Systém SRM funguje jako klient serveru SYMAPI, takže démon storsrvd musí být spuštěn na serveru SYMAPI. Řešení tohoto problému:

  1. Spusťte daemon storsrvd na serveru SYMAPI:
    Stordaemon start storsrvd 
  2. V uživatelském rozhraní systému SRM proveďte operaci "Add" Array Pair
