Symptoms
NetWorker 服务器和 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 服务器是两种不同的系统。
NetWorker 服务器版本和 NMC 服务器版本位于不同的累积版本分支上。
通过 NMC 创建设备未完成，并显示“Can't decode result”。

Cause
当一个 NMC 服务器管理多个 NetWorker 服务器时观察到此问题。NMC 服务器版本为 19.6.0.3，观察到此错误的服务器为 19.5.0.5。版本不匹配导致了此问题。19.5.0.5 NetWorker 服务器有自己的本地 NMC 服务器；使用 19.5.0.5 NMC 软件包时未观察到此错误。
Resolution
最佳做法是匹配 NetWorker Management Console 和 NetWorker 服务器版本，或将其保留在同一个分支中，例如 19.5.x、19.6.0.x 等。
使用相同的 NetWorker 版本在 NetWorker 服务器上安装 NMC 软件包。NMC 软件包可从 Dell 支持网站上 的 NetWorker 产品页面下载 中获取。
在 19.6.x 环境中，可以使用基于 HTML 的 NetWorker Web 用户界面 （NWUI） 来管理 NetWorker 服务器。
