Symptoms

  • Active Directory （AD） / LDAP 已與 NetWorker 驗證服務 （authc） 整合。
  • 外部授權資源是使用「預設」租戶進行設定：

  • 外部授權使用者可以成功登入 NetWorker 管理主控台 （NMC）、NetWorker Web 使用者介面 （NWUI）、資料保護還原 Web 介面 （FLR/SQL 還原）。
  • 登入 vCenter 使用者介面：HTTPs:// NetWorker-Server-Address：9090/vcui 時，出現以下錯誤： 
登入失敗：確定 - 不正確使用者名稱或密碼 
 
 
 

Cause

NetWorker 伺服器的localhost_access_log。date.txt 報告：
Linux：/nsr/authc/logs/localhost_access_log。date.txt
Windows：..\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\logs\localhost_access_log。date.txt

外部使用者登入是使用「domain\username」格式來指定。這是使用「預設」租使用者設定外部授權時，在 NMC、NWUI 和資料保護還原用戶端中使用的方法;但是，VCUI 需要指定租使用者：「tenant\domain\username」。

例如，使用預設租使用者時，這會顯示為「default\domain\username」。

Resolution

以外部授權 （AD 或 LDAP） 使用者身分登入 vCenter 使用者介面 （VCUI） 時，請指定租戶\domain\username。
