Symptoms

The rate and size of NDMP-DSA backup is not visible in NMC under the "monitoring" tab when 'nsrdsa_save' is running on a remote Storage Node.

0KB/s and 0KB are reported respectively.

Cause

Issue is due to software fault beginning in version 19.7.0.0.

Resolution

The issue is addressed in the following releases:
