NetWorker: Il backup Oracle ha esito negativo con errore "ORA 03113 end of file on communication channel"

Viene visualizzato il seguente messaggio di errore:

using target database control file instead of recovery catalog
PSDRPC returns significant error 3113.

sbttest was also failed:

Ciò è dovuto all'impossibilità per l'utente Oracle di accedere a /etc/hosts di NetWorker. Ilbackup Oracle di NetWorker Module for Database Applications(NMDA) è stato avviato con l'utente Oracle anziché con root.
