Cause

Ağ SSH Bağlantı Sorunları: Düğümler arasında veya uzak bir Sanal Veri Merkezi (VDC) ile ağ veya SSH bağlantısı kullanılamayabilir.

SSH Anahtarları Sorunu: VDC'deki mevcut SSH Anahtarları doğru yapılandırılmamış olabilir.

Resolution

Anahtar dönüşüne izin vermek için federasyondaki VDC'ler arasında SSH bağlantı noktasının açık olması gerekir.

Bu işlem sorunu çözmezse konsolun çalıştırıldığı düğümün günlükleriyle birlikte Dell ECS ve ObjectScale Teknik Destek ile iletişime geçin:

/opt/emc/caspian/user-console/<timestamp>_run_Refresh_Certificates/
