Symptoms

The Ethernet device and the USB devices attached to the WD22TB4 dock may not be detected in the F12 boot menu on Inspiron 14 5441 or Latitude 5455. The issue occurs after restarting the computer.

Cause

Dock USB device enumeration does not complete in time.

Resolution
