Symptoms

The NetWorker Management Console (NMC) is not accessible. An error is returned regarding connection issues on port 5672.

Resolution

Remove the two windows OS patches that were applied. 

On the NMC server, Check that the ports 5672 / 5671 can be reached on the NetWorker server:

nsrports -t NW_SERVER_ADDRESS -p 5671
nsrports -t NW_SERVER_ADDRESS -p 5672
These connections must succeed.
