Symptoms

Si se hace clic en Validate User cuando se agrega una fuente de recursos de vCenter a PowerProtect Data Manager, se produce un error: 
Credentials invalid - check the credentials and try again
La información de identificación existente corresponde a una cuenta de dominio.
 
La variable vmdm.log Muestra:

(** No se muestra ningún dominio para el ID de usuario)

Cause

El inicio de sesión falla porque el inicio de sesión no pasa el dominio con el ID de usuario para la autenticación.
 
El ID de usuario se debe ingresar con el formato userid@domain. Los registros de esta instancia muestran lo siguiente: 
<userID>
Sin embargo, debería mostrar lo siguiente: 
<userID@domain>

Resolution

La credencial utilizada para agregar la fuente de recursos de vCenter se debe cambiar o volver a crear para utilizar el formato userid@domain.
