Síntomas
db2diag.log may contain the SQL2413N message indicating one of the target databases is in an incorrect state for online backup.
Check the database configuration for archive log with this command:

Check the database configuration for archive log with this command:
db2 get db cfg for <database_name> | grep -i logarchmeth

Steps for "preparing the database for backup" from DB2 guide were not followed.
DB2 includes a "SAMPLE" database that should not be included in backups. The user may have prepared their primary databases, but not this sample database.

Resolución
Remove SAMPLE database from the list of targets unless the user wants it to be backed up.
Configure all target database logarch settings with steps from Avamar DB2 guide and try the backup again. See the "Preparing the database for backup" section.
If the backup continues to fail, collect the following for review by Dell Technical Support:
