Causa
For å kunne aktivere Support Assist i 5.3 må connectemc ha en «fra»-e-postadresse.
Resolución
Følg disse trinnene for å angi en midlertidig avsenderadresse og konfigurere Support Assist:
- Hent gjeldende SMTP-server med "uemcli /sys/support/connecthome show -detail"
- Konfigurer connecthome på nytt med en dummy --sendermail:
svc_connectemc --enable --sendermail test@test.com
- Konfigurere Support Assist med SCG
