Causa
The patch update could have messed up the NWUI database configuration.
Resolución
Reinitialize the NWUI configuration with a new keystore and database.
1. Stop the NWUI service: systemctl stop nwui
2. Run: /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
3. Start the NWUI service (if it has not started yet): systemctl start nwui
1. Stop the NWUI service: systemctl stop nwui
2. Run: /opt/nwui/scripts/nwui_configure.sh
Use the default settings and/or provide values when prompted.
When you reach the prompt "Do you want to use the existing keystore "/nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]?" -- Answer "n".
You are asked to enter a keystore password. You can use the same keystore password or assign a new one.
When you reach the prompt "A database already exists in /nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb, do you want to retain this database [y]?: --- Answer "n".
For the prompt "/nsr/nwui/monitoring/nwuidb already exists, is it okay to remove it [n]?" -- Answer "y" .
When you reach the prompt "Do you want to use the existing keystore "/nsr/nwui/monitoring/app/conf/nwui.keystore [y]?" -- Answer "n".
