Síntomas

Azure의 Windows 파일 시스템은 NetWorker 지침이 없더라도 파일을 건너뜁니다.

Causa

백업 파일 시스템이 Azure 스토리지 볼륨에 있습니다. 시스템은 VSS Writer "Sync Share Service Writer"를 사용합니다. 기본적으로 파일을 건너뜁니다. 

이것이 원인인지 확인하려면

  1. 관리자 권한으로 명령 프롬프트를 열고 다음을 실행합니다. 
C:\>  DISKSHADOW /l writers.txt
DISKSHADOW>   LIST WRITERS DETAILED
DISKSHADOW> exit
  1. writers.txt의 출력 파일을 확인합니다. 아래 메시지가 표시되면 문제가 확인됩니다.
* WRITER "Sync Share Service Writer"
.////
and that writer contains Components with affected drive 
            - Components:
            - File List: Path = J:\DataFiles, Filespec = *.*
            - Paths affected by this component:
                - J:\DataFiles

Resolución

해결:
다음 명령을 통해 Azure 스토리지 볼륨을 백업하기 위해 VSS를 끕니다. 
VSS:*off
