zDP MFE : RC incorrect pour la commande QUERY. Nouveau message EIP0287W/E introduit

La commande QUERY TGT,STATUS,DEVICE renvoie RC=0 lorsque l’un des systèmes PowerMax dans TGT est hors ligne.   
  
La commande QUERY VDG renvoie RC=0 lorsque le VDG contient des périphériques qui ont été supprimés du système PowerMax.    

zDP Definition Utility a été mis à jour pour définir le code de retour final en fonction du MAX_RC et de la gravité du message d’avertissement/d’erreur.
                                               
Si aucun périphérique n’existe sur un système PowerMax, l’entrée de périphérique dans la sortie QUERY est marquée par « * ».      

A new message will also be issued:                           
EIP0287W/E VDG , SYMM , some devices were not found on the controller 

Cela est dû à un problème logiciel.

Solution permanente : 

• Pour Mainframe Enablers 8.5, PTF SF85107 a été développé pour corriger le problème. Il est disponible au téléchargement sur le site de support en ligne Dell.
