NetWorker NVP vProxy: nsrvproxy_mgmt 업그레이드가 실패하고 "Unable to find information for 'VPROXY_NAME' vProxy."

Síntomas

NVP(NetWorker VMware Protection) 통합은 vProxy 어플라이언스로 구성됩니다.  vProxy 어플라이언스를 최신 릴리스로 업그레이드하는 데 nsrvproxy_mgmt 명령줄 유틸리티가 사용됩니다.  vProxy 어플라이언스에 대한 정보를 찾지 못했음을 나타내는 nsrvproxy_mgmt 실행이 실패합니다.

Causa

nsrvproxy_mgmt 구문에 지정된 vProxy 이름이 NetWorker Server Database(nsrdb)의 vProxy 이름과 일치하지 않습니다.  예를 들어 nsrvproxy_mgmt 구문은 vProxy FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name)으로 제공되었고 nsrdb에는 vProxy 짧은 이름 또는 그 반대의 경우도 마찬가지입니다.  

nsrvproxy_mgmt 구문은 nsrdb의 vProxy 이름과 일치해야 합니다.  nsrdb의 vProxy 이름은 NMC(NetWorker Management Console)의 "Devices > VMware Proxies" 또는 nsradmin 명령줄 유틸리티를 통해 찾을 수 있습니다.

nsradmin> show name
nsradmin> p type : NSR VMware proxy
                        name: nvp01;
                        name: nvp02.emclab.local;
nsradmin>

이 경우 vProxy는 짧은 이름을 사용하여 NetWorker에 추가되었습니다. DNS 를 사용하지 않는 nsrvproxy_mgmt NetWorker 리소스 데이터베이스(nsrdb)에서 vProxies "name" 값을 확인합니다.

Resolución

NetWorker Management Console, NetWorker Web User Interface 또는 nsradmin 명령줄 유틸리티에 표시되는 대로 vProxy 이름을 사용하여 nsrvproxy_mgmt 업그레이드 명령을 실행합니다.
