Dell SupportAssist is provided free to help diagnosis issues with your Dell EMC equipment. There are solutions for all ranges for customers from enterprise to the home use. Secure Connect Gateway has been introduced to replace SupportAssist. It allows your Dell products to report their status and possible issues back to Dell, which can trigger Service Requests and actions automatically.
