DLMSCR requires a specific report type as input from the mainframe tape management system.  For BMC Control-M Tape, the JCL used to process a scratch report is

Résolution

See the Disk Library for mainframe (DLm) z/OS Utilities Guide for clarification on JCL and parm requirements.   As described in the manual, for Control-M Tape, the parm ‘TYPE=CTLM’ is required for both the daily scratch report or the full list of scratch tapes.

The report format for Control-M Tape is different from the report format of Control-T !
