Symptômes
- The NetWorker Web User Interface (NWUI) server package is installed on a clustered system.
- NWUI services intermittently fail to start.
- Unexpected authentication errors appear when trying to access or log in to NWUI.
- NWUI produces unexpected errors and warnings when performing admin tasks within the user interface.
- There are no details in the NetWorker Cluster Integration Guide regarding configuring NWUI in a clustered environment.
Cause
The NetWorker Web User Interface (NWUI), and NetWorker Management Console (NMC) are not supported on cluster installations. The NetWorker Cluster Integration Guide states the following:
- NMC and NWUI should always be used as standalone applications. Since NMC or NWUI is not cluster-aware or high available, therefore it has to be installed on the noncluster node.
- NMC or NWUI should be configured with the cluster IP as authentication server IP.

Résolution
