Symptômes

Same Backup error reported to:
  • The NetWorker Management Console (NMC) workflow backup fails passing savefs with error, pointing to 'NSR_BACKUP_SCRIPT' is not set.

Cause

The level of backup set incorrectly and mismatching the configuration file:
  • The backup configuration's backup level is set to Incremental (Incr):

  • The client's /nsr/apps/config/postgresconfig.cfg set to Full:

Résolution

Correct the level of backup to Full in Workflow Configuration in NMC matching the postgresconfig.cfg.
