Symptômes

Create a custom report with any data source and use an operator like "Add field", Then in the “Add Field Properties,” we have the “Parameters Value” in which if we use the special character for example '&Company'. The UI displays it as the same but  After pressing “Save” the “&#;” gets translated again to “&#38;” pushing additional “#38;” into the report’s contents, After each saves the operation reoccurs pushing more and more “#38;” instances.

Cause

This is a known bug in Data Protection Advisor.

Résolution

The fix is available from Data Protection Advisor 19.4 patch b56 and above and 19.5 patch b9 and above.
