解決方案

下列步驟為最適當的順序，以隔離問題並找出適當的解決方法。

遷移是複製的子集，使用相同的技術。
 
  1. 確認檔案系統已啟用：
    1. 輸入： filesys status 從 DDR 的命令列
    2. 輸入： filesys enable 如果關閉檔案系統
    3. 請參閱 在每個 Data Domain 的 DDR 上啟用和驗證檔案系統 - 驗證和啟用檔案系統。
  2. 驗證遷移語法是否正確。由於語法結構的複雜性，請閱讀配置遷移文件。 
  3. 根據 Data Domain 確認遷移配對之間的 DDOS 版本相容：複寫版本相容性比較表。 
  4. 查驗每個 Data Domain 的網路連線能力是否正常運作 - 確認網路連線能力正常運作。兩個系統都必須能夠解析複寫合作夥伴主機名稱。

已在 DD OS 8.3.1.0 中注意到來源 DD 會嘗試將來源主機名稱解析為 IP 位址。如果在來源和目標之間使用直接連線，建議使用用於遷移的網路介面卡 （NIC） 的主機記錄 IP 位址。以下範例顯示來源和目標主機項目的語法，可在來源和目標 DD 上設定。

net host add <IP of target DD> <FQDN of target DD> <short name of target DD>

net host add <IP of source DD> <FQDN of source DD> <short name of Source DD>
