Cause

В качестве алгоритма подписи был использован RSASSA-PSS , который НЕ поддерживается. 
Идентификатор в сообщении об ошибке 1.2.840.113549.1.1.10 подтверждает, что алгоритм подписи RSASSA-PSS

Resolution

Заказчик должен изменить алгоритм на поддерживаемый алгоритм (SHA256) и обновить сертификат.
После обновления сертификата с использованием поддерживаемого алгоритма LDAP-SSL можно будет успешно настроить.
